Christian schools across the metro and how families pay for them

Christian schools make up the largest group in this directory, from 1,000-student campuses in Edmond and north OKC to small church schools along SW 119th Street.

Last verified: October 2026. Program rules change; confirm with the agency named on each page.

Will the tax credit cover a Christian school in OKC?

It can cover all of tuition and fees when they are at or below your tier, since the credit pays the lesser of the two. Above that, the family or the school's aid covers the difference.

Which accreditors do Christian schools use?

The State Board's approved list includes ACSI, ACTS, the Association of Classical Christian Schools, Christian Schools International, the National Christian School Association, International Christian Accrediting Association and several others. A school must hold one of these, or OSDE accreditation, to join the tax credit program.

Do church members get a discount?

Some schools offer member pricing or sibling discounts, but remember that a school discount lowers the tuition the tax credit can cover. Ask the school to show your net cost both ways.
